DIY Valentine's Day Centerpiece
I love DIY (Do-It-Yourself) projects for a number of reasons. They allow you the flexibility to devote as much (or, if you're like me, as little) time as you have to them while still being customized for your own space. This DIY Valentine's Day arrangement is so, so simple. Pastel candy hearts hug a fresh bouquet of tulips to create the perfect centerpiece, a thoughtful hostess gift, or a festive end table accent. With only 4 items and about 10 minutes, you can pull this sweet floral arrangement together with little effort and virtually no mess.
What you'll need:
- 2 Glass Nesting Vases
- Pastel Conversation Heart candies
- 2 Dozen Tulips
- Scissors or a Floral Knife
Begin by nesting the smaller vase inside the larger one. Gently add the conversation hearts to the space between the two vases and arrange them as you'd like. Pour water into the inner vase until it's halfway full (careful not to spill water on the conversation hearts which would, of course, create a gooey mess of candy ;). Snip the ends of the flowers and arrange them in the inner vase. That's it! Enjoy!
